When Isa notices her, she smiles and heads over. She's only begun her changes, but the gray fox ears and fluffy tail are hard to miss. She also has furry arms and paws, but her face is still completely human.

"Hi! You must be Lup." Not knowing how to pronounce it, she takes a guess, saying it like loop. Her eyes are drawn to the cupcake and her eyes widen. "Oh my goodness! Is that for me?"

Absolutely hard to miss, but Lup wouldn't have it any other way. Those little in-between stages of the transformation are kind of adorable.

The naga's elven ears perk up at the other woman's surprise, Lup's mouth crooking to the side in a sharp, all-too-pleased smirk. She gives a little wave of her hand to the empty stool at her side.

"Got 'em both in one, sis! Happy birthday. I'm Lup, pleasure to meet you face-to-face. The little ears? Adorable."

Isabela flushes a little. This was a lot from someone she barely even knew! But it's nice. Her ears flick a little. "Thanks. They've taken a lot of getting used to, but I like them." Definitely better than some of the other types of monsters she's seen.

She slides onto the stool, smoothing her dress over her legs. "It's a pleasure to meet you, too. Thank you for the birthday wishes. It's my first birthday away from home. This has made it a lot easier."

Lup is, just in general, a lot, but her heart is usually in the right place.

"Oh yeah? What's your fam like? You mentioned you had a couple of 'em here with you, right? My brother and I kinda did the whole runaway thing when we were pretty young, so I forget how hard that would be for someone to be away for the first time."

With a raise of her painted claws, Lup flags down the bartender, before she's turning that smile back on Isa, inclining her head towards the younger woman.

"I did promise you a drink if you want one. No pressure, obvs, but it's my treat."
